OUTDOOR EVENTS
We require that our musicians, instruments, and music be shaded entirely from direct sunlight and all forms of precipitation, and we also adhere to strict temperature and humidity guidelines as further stated in the policies and requirements section of our contract. For all events taking place outdoors, an additional "risk fee" is assumed due to potential weather hazards musicians and their instruments may come in contact with while performing during an event. This fee also incorporates the use of our 10x10 canopy, which we will set up in the proper location on the day of the wedding.
Should there be adequate shelter at the venue and the use of our 10x10 canopy is deemed unnecessary, a portion of the "risk fee" will be credited to the final payment.
