EVENTS REQUIRING TRAVEL

The Cedar Valley may only represent a small number of counties in Iowa, but our musicians are stationed throughout this great state! We got our start back in 2002 in Cedar Falls, the heart of the Cedar Valley, and have since branched out to include professionals from all over including {but not limited to} Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, Iowa City, Waverly, and more. While we strive to put clients in touch with their most localized musicians, a travel fee is assumed for any members who must travel further than 35 miles one way to reach the venue. A single mileage fee of $0.40/mile round trip may be charged as well. 

 30-50 miles one way: $40 per musician + mileage  /  50-80 miles one way: $60 per musician + mileage

80-110 miles one way: $90 per musician + mileage  / 110-150 miles one way: $120 per musician + mileage

150 mi +: TBD
